Miss Florence for “Simonne” bag from Coccolily. (white/black/brown)
This reminds me of an old Métamorphose temps de fille bag,
I am so in love with the white version! So white and so Florence. <3

So excited!
I told my dad about my friend and my business idea, and he actually thought it was really good! I explained the business model we were working off of, and the products, and he liked it! Anyway, that was actually not my point.
He knows a woman that he used to work with who teaches ribbon embroidery classes, and he said he would sign me up for a class! He thinks she might let me take a class for free, and I’m just so excited, because I can do basic embroidery and needle point but have never tried ribbon embroidery before.
I can’t wait!
Different lolita styles! I love these drawings, they’re really cute.
I really want to try shiro loli, with lots of thin ribbons, I think it would look so lovely.

I love Kamikaze Girls. I read the book ages ago, I only found out there was a movie recently. I don’t deny that the book is how I discovered Baby the Stars Shine Bright.
And then I fell in love.
I shall title this photoset as “Dresses I will probably never be able to pay for, so I better start learning how to sew to make similar dresses”
Dream lolita dresses part 1, red and black ;A;
Oooooh, the one on the upper right! I think I have a thing for red. I hope this doesn’t become a problem.
This is the design I’m working on. I think I’m going to scrap the current lace idea for the bottom and the collar and instead go with something EVEN LACIER. The flowers on the bottom are where I want to put lace roses. I think the fabric could be burgundy w/ cream accents, emerald w/ white accents, gold w/ cream accents, or grey w/ white accents. The lace roses and the part of the dress with them on them are included in that.
This would be really complicated to make, I realize, but I think I might make the skirt for it anyway. I really like the lace roses and the idea of a deep, rich colored fabric draped over them.
(ignore the floppy bit at the bottom, that part was in the beginning when I wasn’t sure what to draw)
(actually, I’m going to change almost the entire design for the top, maybe without any lace at all)
…Oops?
I meant to design a head dress. I may have accidentally designed a JSK. You know. Accidentally. Definitely.
…It’s really pretty though, and I want to work on drafting a pattern for it. After I finish some of the details. Maybe I could make a matching head dress?
Yeah, my priorities are straight on. Especially considering I will never sell this dress to anyone.
*sigh*
Name ideas?
My friend and I are starting a business based around sweet lolita accessories, though we’ll probably have a lot of mixing and matching. We need to figure out a name! I’ve come up with some:
- Sugar Sweet Sickness
- Strawberry Sugar
- Rose Milk
- Lace Orchestra
- Opaline Cafe
- Raspberry Court
I toyed with the idea of “Black Milk”, like the song by Massive Attack? We both like it, but I’m not sure if it fits what we’re going for. :P
Scallop Lace One Piece
Moi-même-Moitié
Oh my God, these are gorgeous. <3 They almost look like they’re glowing.
